TODAY A sure to be riveting presentation on the Redlands Historical Museum (RHM) by President Nathan is on deck. He will be assisted by the lovely and talented RHM Recording Secretary - Marilyn Solter and RHM Corresponding Secretary - Linda Serros. Dr. Larry Burgess will be in the Bullpen in case Nathan needs a reliever in the late innings.

LAST WEEK Our new president, NATHAN GONZALES presented a demographic of biographical, historical, and contextual portrait of Rotary that not only explained his lifetime motivations and training for this job, but also challenged each member to honor the Club's past, current achievements, and programs. AND, he urged us to look to the future and examine how each of us may play an important and signal role in the effort of making our Club even better than it is!

This Week Rick Harrell will enlighten us with information on how the Eden Projects has reduced extreme poverty and restored healthy forests through reforestation in Haiti, Madagascar, Ethiopia, and Nepal by employing local villagers to plant millions of trees — for only 10¢ a tree. So far over 95.6 million trees have been planted to provide a habitat for animals, purify water sources, control flooding and erosion and help to replenish the soil with nutrients needed for farming.
